🚀 以为考了专业文凭是来做财务分析的。结果每个月尾都在对 Bank Statement 找那不见的 RM 0.05 💸
这不是段子，是我刚入行时的真实情况 📌
我记得那时候，Senior 跟我讲一句话：“做 Account/HR/Admin 的，每个月 1 号到 7 号，是没有私生活的。” ⏳
我当时还笑，后来才发现这句话一点都不好笑 ⚠️Month-end close 对我来说就像渡劫 ⚡
每天开着 AutoCount / SQL Accounting 💻对着几十页的 CIMB 和 Maybank PDF Statement 📄两个 screen 来回扫，一行一行用肉眼核对客户到底进了哪一笔钱👀
遇到那种 PDF 根本 copy 不出来 📄只能硬着头皮把几百条 transaction、日期、金额一行一行敲进 Excel ⌨️只要错一个小数点 ❌ 整盘账就不 balance。然后你就开始查错查到半夜 🌙
更别提每个月那一叠 supplier 单据 🧾 一行一行 key，还要自己抓 amount 跟 tax 💰最崩溃的还是 reconciliation ⚠️明明号码一样，Excel 就是给你 #N/A ❌ 查半天才发现只是多了一个“看不见的空格” 📌
那几年，我真的觉得自己不是 accountant 📊 只是一个 Data Entry 机器 🤖
💡 直到我接触了 AI Automation 我第一反应也是：
“我不会 coding 怎么办？” ❓ “公司资料这样丢进 AI 不安全吧？” 🔐
